Will Furry is a proven business leader and dedicated public servant with over 30 years of experience in financial services, technology, and community development. From running companies to serving on the Flagler County School Board, Will brings a results-driven, fiscally responsible approach to everything he does.

Will began his career in the mortgage industry, rising to senior roles including Vice President at SureCredit USA and Chief Appraiser at Money Tree Home Loans. His leadership helped create hundreds of jobs and expanded access to homeownership across Florida.

As an entrepreneur, Will founded several successful companies:

• Dittobee – A media conversion startup

• Dealtificate – A local deals platform featured in the Miami Herald

• WOWO of Coconut Grove – A personal care business supporting local job growth
   

Will served on the Board of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce, co-organizing major community events and supporting local economic revitalization. After relocating to Palm Coast, he remained active in youth and family programs, including student ministry at Epic Church.
Education Leadership

Elected to the Flagler County School Board in 2022 and re-elected Chair in 2024, Will has focused on:

• Expanding school choice & parental involvement

• Strengthening career & technical education

• Supporting early literacy & ESE programs

• Promoting smart, student-focused budgeting
